Good to know before you book
Charges
All charges are inclusive of VAT. Payments should be made to THE HALE CLUB LTD. A full VAT Invoice will be sent to the address on the booking form unless otherwise instructed.
Hourly, half day and full day rates are available on request.
Licensing Hours
Monday - Thursday 10am until 11.30pm Doors close at 12pm
Friday - Saturday 10am until 12.30pm Doors close at 1am
Friday - Saturday 10am until 12.30pm Doors close at 1am
Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions.
Catering
If self catering is the option, no access to the club kitchen is permitted.
Bar
All alcohol and soft drinks have to be purchased from the club bar. No corkage is allowed.
Final notes
We draw your attention to the terms and conditions.
The below form must be completed no less than 6 weeks prior to the function date.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed hire fee must be returned with this form.
The full amount of the agreed hire fee must be paid prior to the function date.
Notice of cancellation must be received not less than 14 days prior to the function date, if not the total agreed hire fee must be paid.
